2. BIM QA/QC and assurance
A review identifies findings within the agreed scope, supplied information and available evidence. It does not guarantee that every issue will be detected and does not constitute design approval, statutory approval, client acceptance, certification, construction supervision or transfer of responsibility from the appointed parties.
Statements such as “ready”, “proceed with conditions” or “revise and resubmit” are professional review positions defined for the engagement. The final decision remains with the authorized client, project manager, designer, authority or other appointed party.
3. CAD-to-BIM and model development
Models derived from drawings reproduce and structure the information supplied within the agreed modelling rules. They are not automatically verified representations of physical site conditions. Discrepancies, omissions and assumptions may remain until clarified or independently surveyed.
4. ISO and other standards
References to ISO 19650 or other standards describe the framework considered by the service. They do not state that B Z J Digital is an ISO-certified organisation, certification body or authority. Application depends on the project appointment, information requirements, applicable edition, national annexes and lawfully obtained standards.
5. Third-party software and trademarks
Autodesk, Autodesk Forma, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo and related names are trademarks or products of their respective owners. B Z J Digital provides independent consulting, workflow and tool-development services and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Third-party software features, branding, subscriptions and availability may change. Clients must verify current licensing and suitability with the relevant provider.
6. Digital tools
Scripts, plugins and templates support defined workflows and do not replace review by a competent user. Customers must test tools in a controlled environment, maintain backups and verify outputs before live issue or reliance.
7. Demonstrations and illustrative scenarios
Public samples, scores, findings, values and dashboards are illustrative unless expressly identified as an authorized case study. They do not identify a confidential client, project or individual and should not be interpreted as a performance guarantee.
