The order confirmation or product page defines whether the licence is for one named user, a stated team, a company or a particular project. If it differs from this standard licence, the specific written offer controls.
1. Licence grant
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, we grant the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied product for its internal professional purpose within the purchased licence scope. Ownership of the product and its underlying intellectual property is not transferred.
2. Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted in writing, the customer must not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, share outside the licensed organisation, remove ownership notices, provide the product as a competing service, or attempt to obtain protected source code. Reasonable backup copies may be retained for the licensed use.
3. Customer content and outputs
The customer retains rights in its own project data. Output produced using a tool belongs as stated in the relevant project or client agreement. The customer is responsible for verifying that use of project data and third-party content is authorized.
4. Compatibility and dependencies
Supported applications, operating systems and versions are stated on the product page or offer. The customer must confirm the target environment before purchase. Third-party software changes may affect compatibility; support for a future version is not automatic unless included in the applicable update terms.
5. Installation, updates and support
Installation guidance, included support period and update entitlement are product-specific. Support does not include project design decisions, correction of unrelated software, unsupported customisation or general IT administration unless separately agreed.
6. Professional verification
Tools automate defined rules and operations but cannot evaluate every project condition. Outputs must be reviewed by a competent user before reliance, issue or submission. The customer is responsible for backups, controlled testing, permissions and appropriate human review, particularly where safety, design, cost or contractual decisions may be affected.
7. Warranty and defects
We aim for the product to perform materially as documented in the supported environment. The process for reproducible defects is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Except for rights that cannot lawfully be limited, no product is represented as error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for an unstated purpose.
8. Confidential beta or evaluation versions
Preview, beta or evaluation products may be incomplete and must not be used for live reliance unless expressly authorized. Additional confidentiality, expiry or feedback conditions may apply.
9. Termination
The licence may be terminated for material breach that is not remedied after notice where remedy is possible. On termination, use must stop and copies must be deleted, except for records that must be retained by law.
10. Governing terms and contact
This licence forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Questions about permitted use may be sent to info@bzj.qa before purchase.
